Erb attends Ocala Speedway's Wieland Winternationals
Tyler Erb and the Best Performance Motorsports team joined a 35-car Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series field at Ocala Speedway last week for four rounds of the Wieland Winternationals.
Erb opened the week with an eighth-place finish on Tuesday, but his Wednesday outing was cut short after contact with the turn-three wall on the fourth lap of the feature.
He rebounded with an 11th-place finish on Thursday before wet weather washed out Friday’s program.
Shifting focus to Saturday’s finale, Erb secured the final transfer spot in his heat race to make the $25,000-to-win main event and ultimately recorded a 19th-place finish in the 50-lap feature.
